Before the war, Oleksandr Kobzarev was highly involved in local development in Lviv. As the director of the Municipal Institution "City Institute," he applied his expertise in strategic planning and urban development, which contributed significantly to the city's growth and improvement. Oleksandr's leadership and dedication to enhancing the region’s infrastructure led to several successful initiatives. In 2020, he was elected as a deputy of the Lviv Regional Council, where he continued to focus on advancing projects aimed at improving the living standards and economy of the region.
When the war broke out, Oleksandr Kobzarev immediately answered the call to defend his country. He volunteered to serve in the 125th Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces (TRO), putting his civilian life on hold. Serving as a sergeant in the battalion logistics service, Oleksandr played a crucial role in supporting the troops during the intense combat operations in the Kharkiv region throughout 2022. His logistical expertise and unwavering dedication ensured that the soldiers had the necessary resources, equipment, and operational support to execute their missions effectively, contributing significantly to Ukraine’s defense.
We aim to raise $50,000 to provide essential support, rehabilitation, and services to Ukrainian veterans. Your donation will go directly to their medical treatment, prosthetics, mental health support, and more. Every contribution helps rebuild their lives.
Help bring 27 Ukrainian veterans from the battlefield to London. They'll play golf with UK football legends, present Boris Johnson with the Freedom Award, and share their stories with world leaders.
