The fine print

Early-bird prices end December 31, 2026. Regular prices from January 1. From March 1, add 15%.

Passes transfer to a named colleague until March 10, 2027. Refunds minus fees until January 31; after that, your payment becomes a donation with a receipt. If the summit is postponed, passes carry over; if canceled, full refund.

The Borderlands Foundation is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law; for passes and tables, the deductible portion is the amount above the fair market value of what you receive, stated on your receipt. Exact wording to be confirmed with the accountant.

Every pass, table and sponsorship funds the summit and The Borderlands Foundation’s programs for Ukrainian veterans.
