Pre-Summit Delegation · November 2026
This November, a delegation of Ukraine's frontline heroes — among them the border guard whose answer to a Russian warship went around the world — travels to Dallas and Washington, D.C. They'll meet the American leaders who can help end this war on free terms, and open the road to the Ukraine Freedom Summit. Help us bring them.

Why we're traveling
Before the leaders and heroes take the stage in Dallas, the groundwork is laid in person — with the American companies, investors, and partners who will stand with Ukraine.
Opening direct conversations with the donors and sponsors who make the Summit — and Ukraine's veteran programs — possible.
Meeting the leaders of U.S. companies with a stake in Ukraine's defence, reconstruction, and recovery.
Presenting Ukraine's veteran rehabilitation programs and the strategic initiatives behind them.
Preparing speakers, partners, and sponsors for the 3rd Ukraine Freedom Summit in March 2027.
On the ground

The four days
Four days across Dallas and Washington, D.C. Details firm up as partners and meetings are confirmed.
The delegation arrives in the United States — settling in, briefings, and first introductions ahead of a full week of meetings.
The core working day — meetings with CEOs and sponsors, strategic sessions, veteran-program presentations, and a think-tank roundtable on reconstruction, veteran support, and defence innovation.
Ukrainian veterans, donors, and supporters on the green — the camaraderie that carries through to the Summit's Ukraine Freedom Golf Tournament in Dallas.
A closing dinner to mark the partnerships begun this week — and to look ahead to March in Dallas — before the delegation departs.
Why your support matters
Your support makes this trip possible — and helps these veterans return to the U.S. for the Summit and Golf Tournament in March. It funds:
Flights and accommodation for the delegation's veterans.
Mental-health support and communication preparation before the meetings.
Participation in the business and diplomatic engagements that matter.
Representing Ukraine at the highest level — as ambassadors for resilience and recovery.
What it's building toward
Everything this delegation does points to four days in Dallas next March, built around three themes.
Every contribution directly supports the veterans making this trip — and their return for the Summit in Dallas. 100% supports Ukraine's veterans.
